Darryl Woods
Darryl Woods is a life long resident of the Kansas City area who claims to have been born with a paintbrush in his hand. He attended the Kansas City Art Institute, but considers himself basically a self-taught artist. Darryl's work consists of still life's and caricatures executed primarily in pen and ink, watercolor and magic markers.

Sarah and Darryl's dissimilar ethnic and cultural backgrounds lend themselves to exploring new treatments for familiar themes. They have participated as a team at La Strada dell' Arte for the each of its three years.

"The design is meant to celebrate the many different kinds, shapes, and colors of our world and the importance of all the pieces interrelating and fitting together to from a single entity. Just as a jigsaw puzzle is incomplete without all of its pieces, so our Puzzled Cow requires all of its parts with all of its shapes and colors to be whole."
