Sloan) Sponsor: Crown Center Shirley Laird and Curry Sloan of St. Paul’s Episcopal School The design is a map of the United States beautifully painted in vibrant colors depicting each state with gold stars placed where the capitals of the states are found. KC Map Cow-Designed by Curry Sloan (8th grade student at St. Paul's Episcopal Day School) painted by a committee of 8th graders and the two art teachers. This cow has a colorful map of Kansas City on one side with "cow puns" such as 18th and "Bovine" and "Moo"nion Station. The other side is a map of the United States. Each State has at least one city that is written as Cow Puns, such as Sa"cow"mento, "Calf"ifornia.				This cow was sold in the internet auction hosted by Amazon.com that began on October 5, 2001, immediately following the close of the live auction and ran for approximately three weeks.
