The artist created “Barbecue Bull” because truly great barbecue is one of the things Kansas City is best known for, and it is her favorite food. For the past 15 years she has served on the barbecue committee of the American Royal, and I also am a Certified Barbecue Judge. Kansas City is known world wide for it’s absolutely incrediblebarbecue. Every year Kansas City hosts the World’s Larges Barbecue Contest and herds from all over are invited to compete. The star winner for many years was named “Barbecue Bull”.
