Title: Mooditerranian Plaza Lights Location: Country Club Plaza Artist: Marjorie Hall Bicker Sponsor: Raphael Hotel "Mooditerannian - Plaza Lights” celebrates the beautiful Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. Though she has only been there once, years ago, the charm and excitement of this beautiful shopping district seemed like a "natural" for the Cow Parade Kansas City. “The "feel" of the plaza is caught in the abstracted but representational jumble of towers, decorative features, and brilliant colors against a night sky.” The cow is lit from the inside, glowing through faceted beads which outline the towers as Plaza Light. (A logistical feat!) Artist Marjorie Hall Bicker hopes that people will see the Plaza in new ways. This and most of the artist’s work is designed to give pleasure to the people who see it.				This cow was sold in the live auction conducted by Sotheby's on October 5, 2001 at Starlight Theatre. Send a Postcard
