Holy CowZilla! This time it is Kansas City where the rampaging prehistoricbeast runs amok! The creative team of Hallmark Planet Humor Artists have created a moo┬ůvelous twist to the world renowned Godzilla.

According to the artists the story of Cowzilla, goes like this - "A timid creature of bovine decent, once languidly grazed the lush forests of a lost primordial age. Frozen for millions of years, Cowzilla has reawakened, rather grumpy, by some nuclear mishap. Tokyo now faces the wrath of a 300 ft heifer in serious need of a snooze button."

Cowzilla was painstakingly created by eight members of Hallmark's Planet Humor group in the darkened 2nd floor warehouse of Union Hill. The materials used included acrylic paint, house paint, stucco, chicken wire, paper mache, PVC pipe, Styrofoam, auto body filler, sculpy, plywood, 2x4 lumber, a few screws, some dirt swept from the floor and a secret artist material commonly found in the insulation isle of our local hardware store.

This cow was sold in the internet auction hosted by Amazon.com that began on October 5, 2001, immediately following the close of the live auction and ran for approximately three weeks.
