04/ 12/ 01 Elton John brands a cow

Before taking the stage with Billy Joel at Kemper Arena on April 12, Elton John added his signature to 'Egyptian Princess', a Kansas City cow created by Herman Scharhag. 'Egyptian Princess' is the official cow for "Aida", which is coming to Starlight Theatre this summer.

The cow is now on display at Starlight Theatre and will be there until the end of CowParade Kansas City. It will then be auctioned off to the highest bidder at the live auction to be held at Starlight on October 5, 2001.
